The East Bakersfield Community Resource Center (EBCRC) was developed
by the Bakersfield City School District to provide services to community
members in the East Bakersfield area. Any agency wishing to utilize space
at the EBCRC to provide services to the community must submit in writing
or via email a "Request
to Provide Services" application. All requests to provide
services must be pre-approved by a committee representing the County of
Kern, Kern County Sheriff's Department, and the Bakersfield City School
District. Once approved all coordination of activities and scheduling
must be approved and directed through the office of Debbie Wood. For more
